Agreement
By using layer01.studio or engaging LAYER 01 for content production services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
Services
LAYER 01 produces campaign-ready stills and motion for premium consumer brands. This includes product imagery, campaign visuals, on-model work, video content, and multi-channel asset systems. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon per project.
Sample content
Sample work is provided for evaluation purposes. Sample work may not be used commercially without a paid agreement. We reserve the right to use anonymized sample work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all delivered assets for your commercial purposes. We retain the right to use delivered work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed. You retain all rights to your product data, brand assets, and reference materials.
Payment
Payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. We reserve the right to pause work on outstanding balances.
Client cooperation
You agree to provide all required materials (product files, brand guidelines, approvals) in sufficient quality and on time. Delays caused by missing materials will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
Approval and acceptance
You have 5 business days to review delivered content and raise objections. If no feedback is received within this period, the content is considered accepted. Revision rounds are defined in the project scope; changes beyond this are billed separately.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep the other’s confidential information from third parties. This includes pre-launch product imagery, pricing, and internal brand guidelines.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Content is delivered as-is after your approval; we are not responsible for how approved content performs commercially.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
